Ameen is operated by Mahmood Alreefi, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (“Ameen”, “we”). Contact: hello@heyameen.com. By joining the waitlist or using Ameen you agree to these terms.
The service
Ameen is a personal administration assistant on WhatsApp that helps with email, calendar, reminders and household paperwork. It is in private early access: features may change, access is by invitation, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn.
Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or over and connect only accounts that are yours or that you are authorised to use.
- Do not use Ameen for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harm others.
- Review drafts before you approve them. Ameen acts only on your confirmation, and you remain responsible for what is sent in your name.
Artificial intelligence
Ameen uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, including misreading an email or a date. Check anything important, and do not rely on Ameen for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.
Third-party services
Ameen depends on WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft. Your use of those services stays subject to their own terms, and their outages or policy changes may affect Ameen.
Price
Early access is free. We will tell you in advance before any paid plan is introduced; nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and erase your data by sending “Delete my data”. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from actions you approved.
